Francois van Raemdonck is a partner in Bain & Company’s South East Asia office. He is based in Kuala Lumpur but works across the region. He is a member of Bain’s Energy and Natural Resources practice as well as a member of Bain’s Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility practice.
Francois advises local, regional and global players on full potential and transformation programs, supporting them on strategy, performance improvement, M&A and organizational redesign. In Agribusiness, he was worked across a range of commodities and geographies in the food value chain (animal proteins, crops), working both from the perspective of the upstream Agri as well as downstream Consumer Products. Many companies across sectors are now placing social and environmental issues at the heart of their core businesses, and are increasingly looking for bespoke strategies and capabilities to design and implement tailored solutions that will drive sustainable change, and that will combine strategic differentiation, superior financial performance and positive impact on the planet.
At Bain, Francois is leading Bain SE Asia’s Social Impact activities, which aims to drive transformative social impact by applying Bain talent in partnership with the most innovative and effective organizations, addressing some of the world’s most pressing issues.
