Lu-Ann Ong is the founder and managing partner 1920 Incorporate LLP, an award winning boutique business consultancy based in Singapore.

She is also an equity partner at 1920RHT Management Consultants and Terrama – a food waste solution company.

Lu-Ann has more than 15 years of consulting experience advising leading organisations, family businesses, public sectors, non-profits and SMEs across Asia spanning growth and transformation strategies; brand, marketing and communication (BMC), sustainability communication and lead engagement programmes. She advises on a pro bono basis to a few social enterprises.

Lu-Ann is an alumnae of the University of Cambridge (CILS), Nanyang Technological University and the National University of Singapore.
