Ex-Chairman & CEO, Nestlé Indochina Region

Before retiring in 2018, Audrey was the Market Head, Chairman and CEO of Nestle Indochina Region, Thailand +CLM ( 1.2 Bio CHF ) and was the first Singaporean and woman to head a Nestle Market in Zone AOA ( Asia, Oceania & Africa ), with 3300 people, based in Bangkok.

 

She led Nestle Thailand through challenging market conditions, especially the passing of the late Thai King in 2016. During this time she brought the Nestlé Indochina business back to profitable growth through big innovations especially on NESCAFE , ready-to-drink acceleration with NESCAFE and MILO RTD, route-to-market expansion in traditional trade , CVS partnership with 7 Eleven and new business model experimentation.

 

She also established Nestlé Myanmar as a legal entity in 2015 and accelerated growth with distribution expansion. She set up the first Nestlé factory in Myanmar, Dagon Factory in 2017. She established Nestlé in Cambodia as a Representative office of Nestlé Thailand in 2017.
