Associate Professor Denise Goh currently practises as a Senior Consultant and heads the Division of Paediatric Genetics and Metabolism at the Khoo Teck Puat-National University Children’s Medical Institute, National University Hospital.

 

She is a paediatrician and a clinical geneticist. She runs a specialist clinical service that aims to provide dedicated tertiary clinical care to children and adults with or at risk of genetic disorders. She also provides her genetic expertise to other organisations such as the National Expanded Newborn Screening Programme, Ministry of Health and the Human Genetics Subcommittee of the Bioethics Advisory Committee.

 

A/Prof Goh is an Associate Professor at NUS. She is the Paediatric Undergraduate Medical Director for the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS and NUH. She is a teacher, genetics module leader, undergraduate paediatric director and chair of the Faculty Assessment Committee at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS. She is the Chairman of the NUHkids Fund and a board member of the Variety Children’s Charity (funds that supports financially needy patients).
