Elaine Chew

Consultant at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital

Dr Elaine Chew is a consultant at Adolescent Medicine Service in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital as well as adjunct assistant professor with Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Duke-NUS.


She underwent specialist training in adolescent health and eating disorders in Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Sydney in 2015. She specializes in management of adolescents with complex health issues, obesity and eating disorders.


Dr Chew has piloted a family-based paediatric obesity program and the use of a mobile application as a waitlist intervention for adolescent obesity and has published peer reviewed articles on adolescent obesity.
